Superintendent's Welcome!
At Western Line School District, we believe every child deserves a clear and purposeful path to success. We believe EVERY student should be seen, supported, challenged, and prepared for the future ahead. Our work is grounded in one enduring belief: You Can Get Anywhere You Want To Go From Here.
Our District of Innovation is more than a strategic plan. It is a commitment to our students, families, staff, and community. It reflects our shared promise to build a school system where academic excellence is expected, leadership is cultivated, and meaningful opportunities are open to EVERY student. This vision honors the work of our educators, values the trust of our families, recognizes the promise of our students, and embraces the role of our business leaders, faith leaders, higher education partners, and community stakeholders.
Our direction is clear. We want EVERY Western Line graduate to leave our district prepared for college, career, and life. We want our students to grow not only in reading, mathematics, and science, but also in character, leadership, and confidence. Through stronger middle school support, expanded career exploration, Leader in Me, Junior Achievement, STAR Academy, block scheduling, work-based learning, and enhanced college and career pathways, we are building a system designed to meet students where they are and move them toward their highest potential.
I am proud of the direction of Western Line School District and the vision of our Board of Trustees. I am proud of the steadfast commitment of our educators and the remarkable spirit of our students. Above all, I am optimistic about what lies ahead. I believe this plan will help us build a stronger future for Riverside, O’Bannon, and every child we are privileged to serve.
Thank you for your faith in our schools. Thank you for your partnership in this vital work. Together, we will build a culture of excellence, expand opportunity, and ensure that EVERY student in Western Line has the foundation to lead, to achieve, and to succeed.
